Responded to a web posting about the open position, filled out standard web forms, and then was asked to write a poem (...yes, a poem!), about my previous job. Now maybe this is something that is not totally unheard of for some IT companies, but it was the first time I had ever seen it. Part of me was initially turned off, but I chose to have a little fun with it. About a week later I got an email follow up to set up a time to speak with a recruiter for an initial phone interview. The lady interviewing me on the phone was very robotic and fast talking. Called 10 minutes late and made no attempt to apologize, no quick small talk to develop rapport, just jumped right in with basic behavioral type questions. Clearly reading from a script, and with a robotic tone that insinuated she probably was stuck doing the same thing 25 times that day. Extremely fast talker made for an uncomfortable interview as I needed an extra second or two to replay in my mind what question she was actually saying. It ended very abruptly and I was continually rushed throughout the 20 mins or so I was on the phone. Tough to judge a company based on one phone call, but unfortunately thats all I have to go on. No follow up email giving a status, so 3 weeks later I am left to assume that they have moved on.

So there are just 2 Rounds for the Solution Consultant Role for Onbase & Managed Services in the first round, there are 2 panellists, Both Managers ...they will ask you technical questions all from Servers ...as they need a consultant more like a System Administrator
