I submitted an application online that I found on Indeed.com and was actually contacted a couple hours later. I was told there was a panel/group interview the following Monday and I needed to dress to impress. There was 12 applicants and the interview took around a hour.

We had to go around the room and introduce our selves and then get to know the person beside us and share their favorite vacation with the group. Then we had to choose a scenario out of a box and answer it the way we would handle the situation.

In person interview with GM and AGM. Questions related to past work experience that I have on other hotels and how I deal with difficult customers and some hard cases.
The interview was fairly easy. I wasn't asked about random Hyatt information, and the interview was based more around how well I would fit on a team as well as improve customer satisfaction.

Walked in and picked up a paper copy of the application, and got an interview as soon as I turned it in. They have a drug screening immediately after the interview.
