Very straightforward process but one that requires patience. The process was very thorough and exhaustive. Be knowledgeable of your resume and experiences and be prepared to talk about how you can be value added to the organization. The people are all very friendly and looking for those that are easy to work with but analytical.

Phone screening with recruiter, then 3 virtual interviews with various Directors
Made it to final round, but ultimately did not get selected.
What a great process. The recruiter was my favorite recruiter ever. So transparent, informative, and helpful. All the interviewers were so kind.
I am so bummed I didn't get this role. Really was my dream job and felt I was a great fit. I'd happily apply for another role and would still want to be a part of HCG.
I recently went through a process with a competitor consulting firm and it was garbage compared to HCG.

Had a screen with the recruiter for the manager role. Covered basics like salary. Met with a Managing Director and did not hear back after that. Generally covered my experience in the healthcare space - they were looking for some more RCM / Ops heavy experience rather than technology.

It started with 1) a phone screen with recruiter, 2) a couple of behavior interviews with staff mid-level staff (they had some scripted and some unscripted questions), 3) a very easy case interview about insourcing/outsourcing a dialysis service line, and finally 4) a final interview with a Partner/MD. Heard back from the recruiter with an offer within two weeks of the final interview.
