The hiring process can be very drawn out, phone interview, face-to-face interviews with several people for second round, more people for third interview; you might be asked to make a presentation, depending on position! One of the biggest problems with the process is the recruiters keep telling you during the process that your my choice, but there is someone else also being considered, but I'm pulling for you. Not appropriate at all.

Phone screening with recruiter, then 3 virtual interviews with various Directors
Made it to final round, but ultimately did not get selected.
What a great process. The recruiter was my favorite recruiter ever. So transparent, informative, and helpful. All the interviewers were so kind.
I am so bummed I didn't get this role. Really was my dream job and felt I was a great fit. I'd happily apply for another role and would still want to be a part of HCG.
I recently went through a process with a competitor consulting firm and it was garbage compared to HCG.

Had a screen with the recruiter for the manager role. Covered basics like salary. Met with a Managing Director and did not hear back after that. Generally covered my experience in the healthcare space - they were looking for some more RCM / Ops heavy experience rather than technology.

Entretien
It started with 1) a phone screen with recruiter, 2) a couple of behavior interviews with staff mid-level staff (they had some scripted and some unscripted questions), 3) a very easy case interview about insourcing/outsourcing a dialysis service line, and finally 4) a final interview with a Partner/MD. Heard back from the recruiter with an offer within two weeks of the final interview.
