Be consistent, Always be present ( moving your time between locations ) I.E. No working in your PJs at 10am from home , Don't micro manage and trust your team you have them for a reason, Have a leader in the location at all times for point of contact , DELEGATE ----   and COMMUNICATE

I would make sure there is organization and cooperation; constantly keeping up to date educationally, technologically and labor wise to meet the trends of demand.  I would also follow the protocols of the corporation which has already tried and tested the most effective methods.  I would make sure there is a proper chain of management that as a whole will share the responsibilities of the collective.
