I provided an on-site lesson presentation which included K-2nd grade students, faculty and administration as observers. The lesson was a minds-on, hands-on, inquiry-based lesson, which also included teacher modeling, and student responses. Students, faculty and were elated with the results. The moment the faculty and students departed from the room, I was asked to report to human resources to attend a one-day inservice, sign employee papers, and obtain my identification badge.
