I applied online and within a day or two I was contacted by recruiter on the phone we had a nice conversation and this was followed up by an in person interview (beginning with an EASY math quiz) met with about 4 people and never heard back from them. I thought that I did well and that this was extremely unprofessional.

Very simple, they will ask simple questions to get your understanding of media. They will make you go through an assessment to assure that you are able to perform simple math equations.
