      J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Horizon Enterprise (Norwalk, CA) en sept. 2023

      Entretien

      Do not waste your time with this company. I come from a hard Direct Sales background and I have many many years in the industry. I'm not sure how I accidentally ended up applying here but let me tell you what this is - It's a company thats going to schedule you and interview, they are going to tell you the dress code is "business professional" and get you to take time out of your day for an interview, When you get on the zoom call three or four other people also being interviewed will be there. They will discuss "training" with you and then make it sound as if you have a position there but you are going to be cold calling and the pay is 100% commission based. Horrible, dishonest sales tactic from this company and the reason sales has such a bad rap. This is not a company offering anyone real, paid, employment. Unless you are like upper management I assume. There will be no benefits, no salary, no hourly pay. If you want honest sales training, go get a real estate license. You will learn fast and actually have the opportunity to make decent money if you align yourself with a good team. AGAIN THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND A DISHONEST COMPANY. For anyone coming on here to read about them, I am sorry if they got your hopes up, and please keep your head up!

      Basic. Are you comfortable with full time work, 100% commission based. What motivated you? Are you looking to grow? How much experience do you have in sales? Just basic stuff, then they will pitch their training to you, and tell you its commission based.
