I was first sent an email with a link to do the video interview. I was very nervous at first but once I started it wasn't all that bad. After I completed the video interview I received a call about a week later asking if I was still interested in the position and if I would like to attend a f2f group interview. Of course I accepted the f2f wasn't bad . They leave you in the room with the other people interviewing and you are expected to mingle with them while the rest of the interviewees check in for the interview. If you just smile and be yourself you will get the job!
