I first spoke to a recruiter on the phone, and then I was told I was already making more at with my current employer. I said I would pass. A week later, the hiring manager contacted me and asked me to attend an on-site interview. I informed him that the salary was lower than expected and was told they would work with me if it was a good fit. The moment I entered the interview room it was obvious that something was not normal. The interviewers seemed like they were not interested in learning about me or my background and instead asked generic questions in a very hurried fashion. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Every time I answered a question, they would just nod and move on to the next question. When I asked them if I could clarify anything, they said no and just kept marching down the list of questions. It was obvious that they needed to interview a select amount of individuals to make some sort of quota.

Two Technical Meeting followed by HR process (Internal Honeywell Process). Good arrangement of the meetings and followup on the overall process completion. Immediate communication to the team and update as per the process.
