Phone screen with corporate recruiter. Within a few days, was invited onsite for four one on one half-hour sessions with two managers and two developers.
Managers interested in previous experiences and lean towards behavioral questions. Developers asked to do white board questions.
Received offer soon after. Offer open to negotiation.

Scheduled with 4 developers with one of them being the hiring manager. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 did not show up for the interview including the hiring manager. It is hard to shine when half of the interviewing team did not make it into work.
