I applied online and was contacted within 24 hours by the HR Manger. She asked me some questions to determine if I'd be a good match, then emailed a link to a questionnaire. I was then asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. I left that interview with an employment offer, scheduled my orientation and began working that weekend.

This is a very personal job, so the questions are personal. They can't afford to hire heartless individuals, so even though the questions aren't "difficult" in the typical way...but made me reminisce about my elderly grandparents that have passed and made me tear up. (Boxes of tissues all over the office!😀)

Entretien
Everyone was extremely curious and friendly in the office. It felt like a very caring work environment. The position was explained to me very thoroughly. With lots of opportunities for me to ask questions.
