Then there is a phone interview, and if you are suitable, they even email you interview tips. Then I got a call from the store level HR manager, and set up an in-person interview. It was quick and organized, conducted by the HR manager and the Department Supervisor. There was the usual review of employment history, skills, related qualifications. Nothing out of the ordinary at all. They were very open to answering questions about why it was a great place to work and what could be expected during an average day. I now know that they have a script to follow - they present several hypothetical situations and ask what you would do, and rate your responses. If you read up on the value wheel on the website, and answer the questions in such a way that your responses are in line with the values, your will rate highly even without related experience.
