Unorganized process started with me showing up. I was on time and 15 mins went by and no one greeted me in the waiting room. But the first group of un professionals soon to interview laughed and made inappropriate jokes behind the glass window while I sat and waited. People didn’t even know about the interview that were suppose to meet with me until last second very unprofessional questions depicting age discrimination. I had questions fired at me from a disgruntled soon to retire manager I would have been replacing. HR sat there and let it happen. Along with her husband ya the HR MANAGER had her husband who also works there sit in. They just hung there heads and allowed me to be hounded.
