Was actually interviewed by three managers for three different properties at the same time. Got offers from all three. They mostly asked about emergency response and how to handle difficult guests (of which there are many, customers in the hospitality industry are the most entitled overall challenging but interesting
first applied through website, then I was invited for interview by the general manager at the hotel location then I got offer in a week after that. It was pretty straight forward.

Waited an annoying amount of time to be greeted, assistant manager sat down with me in the hotel lobby, and asked basic interview questions. Process was maybe 30 minutes in total.

Easy going, asked about my resume and questions about why I wanted to be there. Also asked about what I wanted my hourly pay to be. I thought the process wasn't bad overall.
