The recruiter initially contacted me through LinkedIn and was friendly throughout the process. The interview was a typical one-hour virtual interview with members of the marketing team.
My main criticism is that the hiring process felt somewhat disorganized. During the interview, there was a reference to my resume, even though I had not been asked to submit one during the process. This created some confusion regarding my background and experience. I believe requesting and reviewing a formal resume prior to interviews could help ensure candidates are evaluated based on the most complete and accurate information available.
Overall, everyone was professional and courteous, but the process could benefit from clearer communication and preparation.

I was contacted via LinkedIn and had a great phone screen/interview with HR. We scheduled a time for me to come in and meet the hiring manager and HR leadership a few weeks later. That experience was great with very genuine and interested questioning that highlighted why they’ve had such exceptional growth over the past few years. I ended up accepting another offer but the experience was excellent and I’d recommend others apply. Company is growing very quickly!

HR phone interview was very work style focused. In person was more focused on specific past experiences and giving a lot of detail about the position and their needs.
