Very laid back and typical competency based questions. The goal was to really get a feel for someone’s management style and philosophy around leading teams. Overall not too stressful or something to worry about especially if qualified.

Fill out online application, then if selected, you get a call to fill out a long online survey type of what would you do in this situation questions. If you pass that then get called in for a one on one interview with another manager or the district manager.
