The recruiter scheduled a phone interview, sent a calendar meeting- and on the day of the interview- SHE DIDN'T EVEN CALL! Also, SHE DIDN'T RESPONDE TO MY FOLLOW UP MAIL! No one Even contacted me to apologize, nothing. That didn't ever happen at any other company I had interviews at. I don't care about the process, I care that no one even bothered to contact me and tell me the interview won't occur. WHAT A SHAME, @Hibob. A company that doesn't respect its candidates- doesn't respect its employees!
