Was a very fast and smooth process. Applied online on their website and followed up on the store in person. Got a call back from the manager and went in the next week to give an interview. After the interview, I was told that I'll probably be hired and that's what ended up happening. Started training the same week of the interview.

Management is given a guide to interviewing that is intended to be discreet. It is a two-sided interviewing for dummies document. They ask rather basic questions concerning customer service experience. Some include question on how the employee should act/ react to a disgruntled customer.
