Lengthy and multiple decision makers involved. Recruiting pre screens, you must schedule a date and time in advance through their system. Depending on the location, you will meet with a location manager for an interview. The next round is regional GM. After that you have an interview with national manager. If you make it through that, there is a lengthy background check process, reference check, education check. If you have made it this far, then possible offer and drug screen.
