Telephone interview that was followed by an on-site panel interview. Telephone interview was with the current Fellows at Henry Ford. The on-site interview was conducted over 2 days. There was networking, individual interviews, and it concluded with a panel interview. Process was rigorous, yet it was never uncomfortable.
