Applied online and received a call to come in for a panel interview about 2 weeks later. The panel interview asked mostly behavioral and situational questions and lasted about 30 minutes. Received call with job offer about 2 weeks later after they went through the reference checking process.

interview process was awkward. I wasn't there for long. She asked a few questions and then assumed I would take the position and called my supervisor with dates I could start. so needless to say my supervisor and I were both shocked.
