Wanted to build market intelligence platform and develop the team from scratch. But the job description and expectation from the Hiring manager was completely different. Hiring manager was not clear on what he/she wanted to do and which profile he/she wanted to hire.

3 rounds of interview: HR, hiring manager and final interview with one director and one senior manager. First round with HR was pretty smooth, as my background and skillset highly match with the role. Second and third rounds were more about the job, some detailed questions, discussions and both included small case studies.
