Over the phone pre-screening interview was short and asked basic questions about my interest in the position. In person interview required me to present a 15 slideshow on myself and my background and interests.

I had a phone interview with HR. All went well. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. That went well. Then I had an interview with the Market Manager at a hotel. Usually when an interview is held at a hotel, they rent a small conference room. Not Henkel. The interview took place in the lobby. What a cheap company!
