Entretien
Started with the VP of CX which went very well and moved forward to a team interview which also went well. Met with the recruiter to ensure we were aligned and then got an assignment to complete and present to the team. Presented to the team and was moved to a final interview round with the CEO and COO. And that's where everything went awry.
It seems that they reviewed my presentation and made a decision not to hire me without ever meeting with me. Before the interview the COO canceled and I met with just the CEO who seemed to just be going through the motions to get through the interview. A few days later I got feedback about my presentation that frankly made no sense in the context of what was asked. I was told my writing style didn't match their brand voice (was never given any kind of guide for that), that my 10 minute presentation wasn't in-depth enough and didn't show attributes that I had clearly demonstrated in other rounds and weren't asked for as part of the assessment.
