Started with a tour of the store, meeting different associates, being encouraged to ask them questions. Reviewed company values and "Diamond Standards". Quick interview with fairly basic questions, with focus on customer service abilities.

super easy. only question was asking what I notice when I go into a heinen's (about the employees, store, etc). met with store manager and hr and got an offer.
