Because the interview was held over the phone the personal interface was unavailable. There were 6 interviewers on two separate lines for one applicant. The final determination for placement was based upon only two of the interviewers who also game the skill test before ending the interview. It was a bit confusing but overall the process worked for the interviewer.

Entretien
Extremely long drawn out process. Groups were very flexible and helped work with scheduling, but timing was extended. Interviewers were prepared, but format would change with minimal notice. Some recruiters were more proactive with contact than others, but the time frames tended to extend longer than expected.

Entretien
I had an in person interview first, and then a phone interview second. Both interviewers were friendly and the questions were simple. I felt confident in the interviews that I was the candidate they were looking for. The interviewers were my future manager and then a senior manager withing the department. Both interviews were actually fairly short as well (30-60 minutes).
