Entretien
Really slow process. Had to sit for nearly 2 hours before a written Technical Round. Consists fairly simple .net and coding techniques questions in two groups (scoring is equal for both groups). Total of 41 questions to answer in half an hour. Fairly easy to clear.
Had to wait for nearly an hour before a 1:1 technical round.
The person who took my interview was an idiot not knowing the basics of OOPs.
Didn't ask a single .net question. Kept on arguing on all wrong concepts regarding OOPs.
He will literally frustrate you to accept his wrong ideas, so much so i literally challenged him to proof me what he was saying was right. Doing so hurt his ego, and i was asked to leave.
You feel cheated, knowing that you answered everything correctly but still did not clear because
the person interviewing you was a tubelight.

Entretien
Easy, includes all the basic questions about testing. Primarily about the projects you have worked upon. Headstrong believes in training people inside organization so their main focus is on the attitude on individual. If you are eager to learn then it is a big advantage.

Entretien
It was the longest interview with details ranging from previous employment to future plans. The knowledge in Capital Markets was extensively tested and taken into account, though I'm not sure how effectively is the same utilized during the stay in the company.
