I only learnt of Haslams existence recently as I was put forward for a PM role by a recruiter. I will try to not make this into an essay however they're the first company I've ever encountered that has a 'trial day' if you pass the first initial interview rather than the usual in person 2nd interview that most companies do. I did some investigation prior to the 1st call and heard mixed opinions about them before I interviewed. Now that I've had my trial day, the only word I can use to describe them is 'elite'. What I witnessed there should be the standard, but it's above it, which is rare in an industry that can be very toxic and can chew your mental health to pieces. They're a group of highly trained professionals who work really hard and having a great time doing it. The support for each other is incredible and you can feel and witness the team spirit. The leadership is what every human being would describe on their vision board. I can go on and on forever. But can't end this without mentioning their absolutely stunning office space. I literally had a taste of goodness, they're unmatched!!!
