The interview was 20 minutes long with POIs. They asked me to describe one of my past research experiences and my goals for graduate study at Harvard. Then we had a discussion, they asked questions and we went back and forth.

Describe your favorite research experience as an undergrad.
General questions about your research interests and personal statement. They will be more interested if their research overlaps. Some will ask questions, while others will see it as an advertising opportunity and try to recruit you to their program.
