There was an initial phone interview, which was fine - a basic screening and salary inquiry. Then I was scheduled for two interviews on the same day - the first with someone in HR - that went very well. Then I went upstairs and interviewed with a team - lots of typical interview questions.

Definitely the longest interview process I have ever been through (~2 months). The reference check was quite intensive. However, everyone I've talked with were very nice and provided all the information I needed.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to adapt and pivot quickly.
The interview was done online. The director talked to me and asked about my skills, background, and what they were looking for. Unfortunately, I lack the experience they desire. No offer or follow up.
Director was honest about the position and asked meaningful questions related to the job, its perks, benefits, and daily duty. Nice and friendly, no pressure ever felt. It was a smooth experience for me.
