J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Harvard University (Cambridge, MA) en mai 2017
Entretien
Applied online via Harvard Aspire end of April. Received a phone call from HR asking the basics. Then I received another phone call from HR to set up a call with the Graduate School of Education HR. From there I was invited to come in for an in person interview. I met with HR from GSE first, then Assistant Director of Programming, and then 2 Program Assistants, a Program Coordinator, and a someone from Marketing. In person interviews were all in the same day - about 2.5 hours. They all asked the same questions. Was told I would hear back about a decision in 2 weeks since they had an interview scheduled the following week. The deadline to hear back passed and I heard nothing. Gave them 2 extra days. Still nothing. Finally emailed following up. Received an email the next day saying I was no longer in consideration.

Definitely the longest interview process I have ever been through (~2 months). The reference check was quite intensive. However, everyone I've talked with were very nice and provided all the information I needed.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to adapt and pivot quickly.
The interview was done online. The director talked to me and asked about my skills, background, and what they were looking for. Unfortunately, I lack the experience they desire. No offer or follow up.
Director was honest about the position and asked meaningful questions related to the job, its perks, benefits, and daily duty. Nice and friendly, no pressure ever felt. It was a smooth experience for me.
