The process was very easy and starightforward. They asked questions about prior experience and what type of work conditions you work well in. They also asked if you had any experience working in customer service.

The Customer Service Manager met with me. The whole interview was very laid back, friendly and easy. She made me so comfortable that I felt like I was speaking with one of my friends. Didn't feel like an interview at all.

Interviewed directly by the customer service manager. I was asked specific questions relevant to the job position I applied for. It wasn't too long, only took about 10 minutes. After the interview the customer service manager told me to check my email for additional details on the job offer i would receive.

It really was a very simple and fast interview! She asked me situational questions then we talked about my resume. I previously worked customer service, so she asked me mostly about that experience.
