Entretien
I applied a month before getting an open call interview email. They held a collection of interviews on the same day so multiple interviews were taking place in the same room. My interviewer was friendly (show some personality if you can) and asked me about why I wanted to work at Harris Teeter and which position I wanted. Then I was escorted to a computer to log into my account and accept the job offer. Finally, I was escorted into a room to take an oral drug test.

What does exceptional customer service mean to you?
I had the interview at the career fair for Harris Teeter. I first had a phone interview then they invited me to the career fair event. I had applied through snagajob so the event was also because of them.
Pretty quick and easy going, just give off the impression that you like working with people and are comfortable enough to strike up a little bit of convo or smth like that
Fast, personable easy. Interview was over zoom scheduled for 30 minutes but I was hired within 10 minutes of starting. Questions were very basic and were extremely easy to answer. I highly recommend interviewing for a job at Harris Teeter.
