Very laid back but still professional. The school is/was going through rebuild but the department seems very inviting and open to ideas. It was very natural and I toured the department. The director was very attentive and forthcoming of the details of the position. I can tell she really cares about her position and the kids/staff that come in contact with her or her department in various ways.
