A very strange person whom I won't name here posts regularly on LinkedIn looking for Product Manager or Product Owner roles.
This is a good example of systemic racism here in France.
Guy talks to me in a well mannered, promises me to come back to me after showing my profile to clients.
After a week, send a mail with response as - Cliens found your CV very boring, you don't have qualities nor you seem ambitious.
Very cryptic response by quoting as these are the client's words and not mine.
Whereas its not the reality and its a good CV.
These people just don't want to hire non-white, non-european people!
I hope someone will uncover their reality soon!

The interview process was quite lengthy, and there was a noticeable delay in hearing back from the recruiter. However, once they reached out, their communication was prompt, clear, and professional throughout the process.
