Very standardized interview process, but your are guided through by a very friendly manager. They will soon be walking you through the store and introducing you to each of your co-workers. They really do make it as easy as possible for an entry-level employee.

The person who interviewed me was nice, she was understanding of my hours I wanted, but as soon as the job started the work was not what I thought, the hours of the day were horrendous, and the pay was minimal.
