I was contacted first by the recruiter and answered screening questions. She then followed up quickly to schedule an in person first interview with my manager. After that, the recruiter contacted me again to do a phone interview with my manager's boss.

The managers were very friendly and easy to talk to about the position. I was able to successfully answer their many questions with ease, and they provided adequate time for answers. Very positive.
