The interview was pretty laid back,it was via phone, the lady that did my interview was very friendly, the questions were pretty basic, and of course you had to do a test call while sharing your computer screen and the lady that was doing my interview pretended like she was a customer calling in to order something or to make a complaint. As long as you know how to work on a computer (the basic stuff) and you show empathy and friendliness you will be fine.

Easy but requires specific work at home equipment or you wont be able to work from home. Just need to submit video answering the questions which were pretty easy and submit resume.

Super great process, I needed to participate in a role play exercise. The interviewer was lovely and offered the position on the spot. This was a great starting position however you quickly outgrow it.

Phone interview, quick basic questions and friendly interviewer. Asked about equipment and internet since you have to provide both and troubleshooting abilities since you would be remote. Ran through a couple “what would you do” scenarios both about customers and about being a team member.
