I was contacted by the Director of the Program for a telephone interview. At the conclusion of the telephone interview I was informed that I would have to be interviewed 3 more times. The fourth interview would be face-to-face with the Director (who also conducted the initial telephone interview). I went to the second interview, which was conducted by two representatives of the agency and was quite lengthy. I was told that they were impressed with my intelligence and work experience and that they would contact me if they chose to interview me again. Two weeks passed so I contacted them because I had not heard from anyone with their agency. A week later I was contacted by the Director via email and informed that they are still conducting interviews and that if they chose to interview me again, they would contact me.
