Portfolio review was the primary focus as well as several behavioral questions. They are looking for good experience, often vetted by working at one of their competitors, and a good fit for the caliber of projects they do. No promises on what project you are being hired for or what group or teams you will be placed in.
Interviewed with a few different members of a ground up team - nice people to talk to and enjoyed them. Visited their office on two different occasions which was a nice location and space.

Easy and informative conversation with office leaders. Interesting to learn about office structure, future project opportunities, and office mentorship. Lots of opportunities for growth. Very good experience overall. Nice people
