Simple and quick, doesnt have many rounds to go through but overall straight forward and to the point. It would depend overall on the location in which your applying to but for the most part other facilities typically look for the same thing since the system utilized is consistent for all the departments in accounting and finance.

Pretty laid back phone screen. The lady was polite and cordial. Took almost a week to hear back. If you are urgent then don’t bother trying to contact them they will reach out to you.

There were five interviews. The first one was a quick introductory call to make sure you passed the initial screening, the second interview was with the hiring manager, the third interview was with the Asst. CFO, the fourth interview was with two Senior FAs on the team, and the last interview was a panel interview with the operations team.
