I was first interviewed as a group. I honestly didn't think I'd get the job due to the fact that I didn't know very much about musical instruments. I was then called to attend a second interview. I was interviewed by the general manager and operations manager of the store. They were very easy going and made me feel very comfortable during the interview.

Applied online and within one week got called back. Phone screen then went into the store for a 3o minute appointment with the two managers - two days later they called me offering you.

Received a call for a group interview 4 weeks after applying online.
The group interview was very comfortable and relaxed, followed by one on one interviews with the manager.
Got an email a few days later with an offer, very easy and smooth process, started a week later.

Very straightforward, simple interview. Went over qualifications, what I wanted out of the job, and availability. Manager was cordial but very laid back. Got a call 5 minutes afterwards offering me the gig.
