First round telephonic by HR
Second round Video interview by a peer
Then 3 Hours of Gruelling Interviews by Director, senior manager and Peer
Email response by HR stating very positive response from Panel, do you have US visa etc etc.
Then NO update from HR inspite of follow ups.
After a month, I get a response stating they have decided to go ahead with other candidate
Ridiculous !!

I had interviews with the recruiter, the hiring manager, business partners and an in person interview.
The interview team was pleasant and seemed high performing, and the questions were exactly what you'd expect for a PM role. However, after the final interview, I never heard back, even after following up. While the role wasn't a perfect fit, I was dissapointed by the unprofessional and discourteous lack of follow-up.

I did an initial screening with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring director, another interview with the hiring director and an engagement manager, another interview with another engagement manager... and then I heard nothing back.
Absolutely nothing.
This is a company that ghosts people.
