the first step is an automated telephone interview afterwards in maybe a few days or so or when the manager has time they will review and schedule a f2f interview which is very easy you will be asked questions off a paper template and asked to go in aisle to see how you do.

First there was an automated phone interview that lasted 6 questions. Then, they called me in for a normal one within 24 hours.The lady basically said she was only asking me questions because she had to. We went out in the aisles and talked to people in the grocery store.

Felt like it went pretty well!! Both managers were pretty nice! Got positive vibes from both. Fingers crossed! Seems like a pretty okay company to work for. They stress the fact that they do their own marketing so be prepared to approach people in the store and solicit.

I was read questions off of a piece of paper and the branch manager wrote in the answers. After this a sales associate was brought in and I was required to walk around the Kroger with her selling products (I assume a sink or swim scenario to see if I was going to be able to do it.). This was a clear sign of the biggest part of the job was. Don't interview for this thinking you'll be doing a lot of teller work.
