Unfortunately, the interview process left a lot to be desired. The recruiter was late and seemed disengaged throughout our conversation. It felt rushed and scripted, as though she wasn’t interested in making a genuine connection or even discussing the company with any real enthusiasm. This impersonal approach didn’t reflect the kind of professional environment I’d want to join.
A more positive, engaging candidate experience would go a long way in making the company feel welcoming and professional. Enthusiasm and energy from recruiters set the tone, and when that’s missing, it’s hard to envision a strong fit with the organization.
