The position was posted online and offered to both internal and external candidates. The interview consisted of an in-person interview with a member of the on-site management team and a phone interview with the Division Training Manager (who you actually reported to). The interviews were scheduled a couple of days apart.

I received and email from recruiter providing multiple options on dates and times to schedule and interview with her. Then we had the phone call interview on time within a week. I had the perception the recruiter didn't read my resume for the interview.

Entretien
20 minutes screening phone call where you speak with the recruiter about you, your resume, the role and the company. Also, you have the chance to ask all the questions you may have about the position.
This was the worst phone interview I have ever done. The recruiter was monotone and impersonal. It’s like she didn’t even look at my resume. Then the best part is what the offered as a salary.
