After applying online I got a phone call to do a Prerecorded phone interview. Before that I had to answer more questions online before it gave me a pin # for the interview. The interview itself took less than 5 minutes with roughly 5 questions.

Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
