The process was very transparent and nicely communicated throughout the entire time. I spoke with people who are very knowledgeable in the ATS space but also in their own roles and the role of which they were interviewing candidates for. I think the best part of the entire process was the seamless communication I had with two HR teammates who provided timely updates without leaving me in the dark on what the next steps were. Although it was a lengthy process, I believe Greenhouse lives up to its motto on "hiring better" and having a true unbiased process using data to support their decisions.
