Applied online, phone interview scheduled afterwards, onsite went very well and included an Excel test. Throughout the interviews, I constantly said how much I wanted to work there. But when I received the rejection email, I was told that I did not display enough enthusiasm for the position which, of course, greatly confused me.

1st round interview with Great American Insurance Group was with a rep from Human Resources. She explained the duties of an Actuarial Analyst and talked about the company culture. She was friendly.

Very normal interview process with a few different people and lunch at a restaurant. Lasted from eight in the morning to about three in the afternoon. Everyone was very friendly. It seemed like an interesting workplace.

First Phone interview was very easy and nice, just basic question about yourself.
on site interview is very formal but people there are nice and they are respectful. Their LA office are pretty !
